2. To submit an application
|
|
Applicants are required to provide a valid and true copy of the documents listed below:

|
A completed and signed application form
|
|
|
HKID Card of applicant(s)
|
|
|
E-License from EAA
|
|
|
C License from EAA
|
|
|
HK business registration certificate
|
|
|
Certificate of incorporation, memorandum & articles and appointment of directors
|
|
|
Annual return
|
|
|
Operation floor plan and layout
|
|
|
Operation district and business plan
|
|
Applicant must provide complete and valid information and documents.
CENTURY 21® reserves the right to cancel or revoke any franchise agreement if approval was given based on false or hidden details of the applicant. Applicant shall bare all costs incurred for the agreement cancellation.

|
3. CENTURY 21® head quarter hold all final decisions to approval after reviewing and evaluating the submitted application.
|
|
|
|
|
4. Franchise Fee contains 3 parts
|
|
|
HK$30,000 (one time) as joining fee
|
|
|
HK$ 4,000 monthly service fee
|
|
|
HK$ 1,000 national advertising fee
|
|
|
|
|
5. Franchise Agreement
|
|
|
A cheque of HK$20,000 as initial joining fee and a cheque in the amount equals to 2 months service fee as deposit should be submitted along with the application form.
|
|
|
Deposit will be refunded without interest after agreement end.
|
|
|
One month's service fee shall be paid as advance payment
|
